Hotel Terms and House Rules
1. Reservations and Cancellations
1.1 Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or by email.
1.2 To guarantee a reservation, a credit card number may be required.
1.3 For cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date from the booking date, 25% will be charged.
1.4 For cancellations 2–4 weeks prior to the arrival date from the booking date, 50% will be charged.
1.5 For cancellations 5–14 days prior to the arrival date from the booking date, 75% will be charged.
1.6 In the event of a no-show (failure to appear without cancellation), the full amount will be charged.

2. Arrival and Check-in
2.1 Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If you check in after 9:00 PM (midnight or early morning), we kindly ask you to report to the reception the next morning.
2.2 Upon arrival, please check your room for any (technical) defects. Despite our careful inspections, errors may occur. Report any issues immediately to the reception.

3. Payment
3.1 Payment for your reservation must be made before arrival. If you booked online, you have already paid and received your invoice by email.
3.2 We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and IBAN payments. Checks are not accepted.
3.3 A 3% service fee is charged for processing credit card payments.
3.4 If a company name must be listed on the invoice, please indicate this before the invoice is issued. After payment, no new invoice will be made.

4. Luggage Storage
4.1 The hotel offers luggage storage if you are traveling in between. The luggage storage is located in a locked area.
4.2 The hotel is not liable for any damage to or loss of luggage.

5. Check-out and Late Check-out
5.1 Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM.
5.2 Late check-out is possible based on availability. The fee for a late check-out until 2:00 PM is €40 / USD 45.
5.3 Please inform reception before 9:00 AM if you wish to request a late check-out.

6. Electricity
6.1 All outlets in the hotel have a capacity of 110 V.

7. Pets
7.1 Pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for guide dogs.

8. Night Porter
8.1 After reception closes at 9:00 PM, the night porter is on duty. The night porter does not perform reception tasks and will only collect room keys at departure or hand them over at arrival.

9. Parking
9.1 You can park for free in front of and across from the hotel building.
​
10. Laundry and Ironing Service
10.1 The hotel offers a laundry service. Clothes to be washed can be dropped off at reception before 3:00 PM. You will receive your washed items the next day.
10.2 An ironing board and iron are available at reception upon request.
10.3 For ironing service, clothes can be dropped off at reception before 3:00 PM. You will receive your ironed items the next day.

11. Tours and Trips
11.1 Day trips or multi-day tours can be booked through our tour operator. An appointment can be arranged at reception.

12. Lost and Found Items
12.1 Found items must be handed in at reception.
12.2 Lost items are kept for two months. If you left something in the room, you may either pick it up yourself or have it shipped at your own expense.

13. Room Rules
13.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas inside the hotel.
13.2 The maximum number of guests per room depends on the room type, as indicated during reservation.
13.3 The use of open flames (such as candles) in the rooms is prohibited.
13.4 Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours in the hotel after 10:00 PM.

14. Responsibility and Liability
14.1 The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
14.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them to the hotel or its property.

15. Other Conditions
15.1 The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests who do not comply with the hotel terms.
15.2 The hotel is not responsible for force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, government measures) that affect the stay.
